How to use Protein Powder:

  • Take 3 heaped tablespoon (36g) of PROTEIN POWDER powder in a glass.
  • Pour lukewarm (38° C) previously boiled water in the glass to make a smooth paste.
  • Add 150 ml of lukewarm (38° C) previously boiled water into this paste. Stir well and Serve.
  • PROTEIN POWDER drink should be consumed immediately after preparation.
  • When mixed as directed 200g of powder yields approximately six 150 ml servings.
  • Once opened, use the contents within three weeks.
